Fired by passion to translate a dream into reality the S.P.R.L. Group began it's operation in 2010 Starting with a factory at Allahabad U.P., India, a part from the traditional business of Atta, Maida and Suji etc.

S.P.R.L. Group started processing Basmati & Non Basmati rice at their plant at SAHSON. Allahabad, We have invested in the highly latest technology equipments from Buhler,(GERMANY).

Today's fast paced life and ever changing food style inspired us to introduce in small packs 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. Though we are manufacturing 25 kg packs since 2010.

S.P.R.L. Food Ltd. was incorporated under the Indian Companies' Act., is promoted by Mr. Shiv Poojan Kesarwani Chairman, S.P.R.L. Group of Companies. This is the farsighted vision of the Chairman that the Group is adding another feather of it's Cap by adding food items like milk & milk products etc.

Group like daily plant Operation, Accounting and Finance, Office Administrative daily Operational business needs, sales and Marketing of the group under the supervision of the Chairman.

FLOUR AND WHEAT PRODUCTS

Wheat flour is a powder made from the grinding of wheat used for making traditional foods like chapati.

Rawa

Rava is made by grinding
husked wheat and is used in Indian cuisine to make savoury dishes.

RICE AND KHARIF PRODUCTS

Products like Rice, Maize, Bajra, Soybean are sold which contains high nutritional content which is very healthy.

SUJI PRODUCTS

Since ages Suji also known as semolina has been a staple in the Indian kitchen. Made from coarsely ground whole wheat, semolina is used majorly in the South Indian cuisine.

MAIDA PRODUCTS

Maida is used extensively for making fast foods, baked goods such as pastries, bread, several varieties of sweets, and traditional bhatura.

Basmati Rice

Basmati is a variety of long, slender-grained aromatic rice which is traditionally grown in India.

Steps For Production

Step 1

Analysis of paddy

 Analysis of paddy at the time of loading on truck for dispatch to our mill. Complete qualities check is done to ensure that what we purchased same quality is loaded.

Step 2

Assigning Grades

Paddy is stored directly in stakes. We also check the aflatoxin level staking of paddy, variety wise and grade wise

Step 3

Moisture Detection

As per the production schedules different varieties of Basmati rice is produced. And analysis of paddy, production lot wise is done to ensure 100% quality is as per consumer requirement.

Step 4

Moisture Reduction

The correct and gradual decrease of moisture while drying paddy is very important for cooking of Rice. Finally moisture is brought down to around 11%-12%.

Step 5

Analysis of dried rice

Analysis of rice after drying and pre-cleaning of paddy.

Step 6

Dehusking

Analysis and quality check of brown rice after dehusking.

Step 7

Rice Whitner and Silky

Analysis and quality check after third rice whitener before silky.

Step 8

Quality Check

Final quality analysis and cooking test after color sorting and grading before packing.

SPRL Super Golden Sella Rice

This variety of rice is very unique in itself. It has a very light tint of golden brown colour on the surface. But a very sweet and majestic taste when cooked by traditional means. The natural layer of golden brown colour on the rice makes the rice last longer and taste better with time. It is generally used in making biryani and traditional pulav.

Prayag Super White Sella Rice

This is the most bought variety of our company it represents us. It represents our bond with our customers. It has white shine on it's surface and a sweet and dry taste to it which makes it perfect companion for north Indian curry. It is traditionally used for cooking jeera rice.

Ideal Choice Basmati Rice Classic

It is a variety of long, slender-grained aromatic rice which is traditionally grown in India, Nepal and Pakistan. It has a very unique taste to it. And it is widely used in wedding and celebrations for feast.
